After doing everything to the rest of the house, the bathroom looked shabby and beaten up. So I overhauled it a bit too. New paint so it "matches" the downstairs bathroom more.

Here's my stove! Tappan Deluxe from sometime in the 50's. It's hard to date. The sides have utencil drawers, warmers, places to dry linens...the oven is small but I love it!

Here's the basement shower. It's double this size and has a window! This is a luxury as this home has never had a built in shower.

Here you can see the hall, and some of the laundry room. The bathroom door is on the left beside the washer/dryer. Go down that hall and you'll be back to the stairwell.

Walk down the hall in the basement, and across from the laundry area is a nice size bath.

From the stairs you walk down a narrow hallway, turn and face this area. There is a laundry area, but it was too tight to photograph well. This is looking towards what is the front wall of the house. My table will go in the kitchen when finished.

The stairwell is directly opposite the desk. It has three sides of glass paynes in a mondrian pattern.

Beside the fridge is the door to the office area. I love this fridge. We bought it 11 years ago for $100 and then sent it to Tucson to have it overhauled and painted orange.

right beside that temporary trash can is the door to the dining room. Can you see that the counters are raised about 8". That is because I'm extra tall.
