Here's the extra half lot. You can see how far it goes back, again to the very back green area. That's a LOT of land...then there are the two backyards on top of that which are all cleared out!

Here's the pink house veggie garden, to give some perspective. The other side of the driveway (with the porta potty) is more yard. This home has a lot and a half, the entire other half of yard was also renovated and graded.

just off of the plant shed, everything was removed, graded and drainage added right down the side of the house! Enough room for a fence on top of wall and a patio/walkway.

Two large trees gone here, both were about 40 years old or so. The land in one year went from being gently sloped in this area to a sink hole, just where the white rocks are in the photo, sinking all the way to the back yard.

Giant tree fell here. It's a bit of a hard way to get rid of chain link. You can see it wiped out the telephone pole too!

By those right side piles of dirt will be the cistern field. I will put the clothes line over it. On one side will be paw paws and on the other side a purple leaf plum that fruits. Beside the tree on the right (to the right of the tree) will be a hot tub and to the left of the tree will be the greenhouse. They will be able to use the same power source for heating and cooling. Solar and possibly wood or another alternative fuel.

I am standing where the dry pond will be, water will flow through it, be cleaned by marsh plants and go into (shhh...) cisterns. Any overflow will go into a rain garden which will be fed from swales.
